When a user completes 100 km of shared rides in one role, i.e. Pooler or Rider he/she will be eligible to Redeem miles.
On completing 100 km in one role, the user will get Rs.25 on clicking Redeem button in the app (post validation of rides by admin)
To be eligible for redemption of Pool Miles all Personal, Professional details of users in My Account should be complete.
In case of Pooler, details of vehicle & Driving License and their clear images should also be complete.
The rides should have been genuinely completed and will be verified.
Max. Rs.500 can be redeemed in a calendar month.
The Miles will lapse every month and count will start every month afresh.
Amount will be credited to user’s wallet within 24 - 48 hours.
